LINNETS progressed into the 3rd round of the league challenge, despite having to come from a goal behind and play the final 56 minutes with 10 men following the dismissal of Phil Mooney. Ashton took the lead on 24 minutes through Amirildo Glloga latched on to a long ball and managed to nick it beyond the advancing Percival. Following Mooney’s dismissal Rob Whyte curled an absolute beauty into the far top corner to level.
