Two Widnes men and a 15-year-old boy charged with manslaughter

TW0 Widnes men and a schoolboy have been charged with manslaughter following the death of Alex Newcombe.
The body of the 23-year-old man from Walton in Liverpool was found in the garden of a house in Birtley Court, Hough Green, Widnes, at around 8am on Tuesday, August 30, last year.
Two men aged 20 and 17, and 15-year-old boy, all from Widnes, have been granted conditional bail and will appear at Halton Magistrates Court in Runcorn next month.
No further action was taken against two men, aged 22 and 20, from Widnes, who had been held for questioning.
