Runcorn pupils have masterclass with Channel 4's job guru

A TELEVISION guru has given Runcorn teenagers top tips on how to find work.
Hayley February, Channel 4’s Fairy Jobmother, ran a workshop with pupils at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy on Friday.
She went through all the stages of getting a job, from filling in application forms and compiling CVs to wearing the right clothes for interviews and how to project the right image.
Hayley shared lots of the skills she gives to the unemployed on her TV show.
She helped year 11 pupils boost their self-esteem and confidence.
It was one of six different sessions on the theme of ‘high aspirations’ run by external agencies on ‘Every Child Matters Day’.
